I like very much that there is no gore because you really don't need it with the amount of expression and personality that you are able to convey with your drawing. The activity is obviously a battle :)

This is all out war and you are showing that perfectly! I can see by their faces just exactly how they are feeling right about now! As usual you have applied time and thought and you have brought the birds and squirrels to life and gave them feelings and expressions to tell this story! Very well presented and as always, it's a pleasure to view!

The fight started apparently, but the outcome is undecided. At the left the squirrels seem to have the upper hand at this time, but at the right the strong and muscular Red bird-soldier seems to have two squirrels beneath his claws. Your audience is watching breathless I guess....
I don't say anything about balance and framing because as I have recently learned cartoons have their own rules, but I think centering the magical number of thee squirrels in the center is a good idea.

A beautiful & smile inducing picture of the fully armoured Squirrel warriors going into battle with the fully armoured Cardinal, Blue Jay, Oriel & Sea Gull flying overhead. Neither species drawing blood but probably raising Blood Pressure. Created by your artist's eye for composition very skilful draftsmanship beautiful choice blending & application of your colours in bringing this scene to life.
