Hello Pat I thought this was a filtered photo because of the colors. I am not a fan of sun rise and sun sets because, the camera seems to me, not to capture how beautiful they really are. These colors are very pretty and captured the best I seen in a long time. Bravo

Great picture the beautiful orange and purple sunset reflecting off of the snow and the water. And the bare trees on the horizon make this a joy to look at!

The colurs in this image are enchanting- thats for sure.
Colour tones handled well
I find the snow on the left hand side adds interest.
I might have been tempted to crop town a little towards the tree tops to draw the views eye more into the image

You live in such a beautiful place. I know I've said that before, but it is so true. This is absolutely gorgeous. Your point of view couldn't have been better. The water take my eyes to the sky. The silhouette of the trees are a nice frame and reflection in the water is so smooth. I must visit Alaska!

I have a former student living there. He is a lawyer. After seeing all of your beautiful scenery I jokingly asked if he had an extra room. I don't understand why he wouldn't want a 62 year old woman hanging around with him! (I totally understand why he wouldn't) lol.

Gotta love those power plants. Like I just typed in a review for seshadri, contaminants in nature and lighting can result in beautiful colors. I tease relatives in eastern Washington that a good sunset is from Hanford pollutants in the air. Aside from all that. This almost takes my breath away from the "depths" of its beauty. It has caused the water to look red and black, and the snowbank to look pink. Amazing.

A very pretty scene. The red sky almost looks false, Who ever saw such a sky. I tell you I have and a lot of other colors too. You did a fine job with this. Not only is the sky pretty but the reflection is too!
