What a great image and congrats on the winning entry.
The whole array of blue tints is just amazing. They make the yellow and red boat stand out so well.
I love how the seen fads to a blurred background, indicating mist or clouds.
So very well done!

I have been only a few days in Nepal, more than 30 years ago, and not in this area;
a very beautiful and so peaceful lake;
excellent composition with the boats leading the eye from left to right;
unfortunately, this beautiful capture is spoiled by a few spots in the sky and under the boat on the right;

A very nicely composed shot. I think I might have overlooked the beautiful sunken boats if you had not mentioned them. The details are sharp and the way the hillsides dim with distance is beautiful. Best of luck in the contest.

This beautiful photo is amazing to me - wonderful composition and depth. The brown boat stands out perfectly as a focal point and the sunken boats - well, I've never seen anything like that before!

It certainly is a beautiful photo with a dreamy quality.
I love your composition of the calm blue waters at blue hour, the colourful yellow and red boat and then the layers of mountains fading in the background and boats.
It would make a lovely wall hanging and has a 'painting' feel to it.
Great lighting and focus; a pleasure to view!

The photo is clear and not over processed. I like the layers of the photo--the sunken boats below, the boats on the water and the depth of the mountains in the background. I think if the surface glare could be reduced so the sunken boats were revealed a little more would make the story more compelling.

Thanks for your review. How would you go about reducing the surface glare? I would like to try it. Thanks.
-
How about a polarizer? Or maybe a stacked pale ND filter with polarizer? I think it's worth experimenting with.
-
Both of which I don't have, but I will see what can be done. Thanks.
-
I think a polarizer would be your best first choice. It reduces glare on wet foliage, windows, etc. Very useful.
-
Thanks. I will see if there is one available here. Nepal lacks in good camera equipment:)
