This is almost a perfect mirror image - beautiful sky perfectly reflected and your vantage point is perfect for it. I love the lavender tint to the distant mountains.

Pat,
I wish I had a SIX to give you for this spectacular view over Summit lake with the mountains that rise up from it's tree lined banks & the sky above all reflected on it's mirror still waters. The line of clouds on the right drawing the eye into the mountains & the mystery that lies behind the one rising up on the left. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Yes, it certainly was a beautiful day. The reflection is perfect. Just a suggestion--if you do it again, do a little less sky to get all the big clouds in the reflection and center the line and you'd get a magnificent positive/negative result that is also amazing. Sort of like, which way is up? That can also be effective. Beautiful shot though. I really like it.
