Lovely shot. You do not mention where this is. We have a tulip fam near us that I hope to get out to this spring. I love the sea of varying colors. I saw something like this in upper Washington state but each color would have been a full field it was so large. Nice variety in shape and color. The early sun creates nice shadows. Clearly seen. Well done.

Sorry I just missed the note. When I was there they were just starting to bloom and it was brutally cold.

A very beautiful & colourful picture of this fiels of yellow, orange & red Tulips stretching to the horizion & the hedgerow that surrounds the field the rising sun's golden rays making some of the Tulips glow in their light. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus. Good luck in the contest.

This is certainly a fitting colourful nature image for the contest.
Beautiful layers of different coloured tulips and good horizon with the trees to give it perspective.
Lovely lighting and great composition. Very nice viewing.

Marvellous array of flowers that are in uniform and sync. Colours of the pedals are vibrant, colourful and beautiful. Good lighting and angle here, thanks for sharing this wonderful piece

Mass open fields full of a same type flower to as far as the eye can see is always so neat. I love this mass sea of layers of tulips: red to orange, yellow, green, yellow, then dark orange or red again. I can't imagine how many bulbs are planted out there. And how much man power it took to plant them all. If I owned this property I would do my darnedest to keep tulip top eating deer out of there. The colors and the waves curve in which they make, the way they blend, recreates a sunset. Nice.

My mistake, Sean. I went back and looked again to see what I missed. I apologize , it does say International, and I honestly don't know why Ford was in my head. But my android screen doesn't reveal notes pertaining to the farmer who owned the property junked it there years ago. I scrolled all the way up and down but did not see notes to that effect. My notebook I was using is a dis a different layout entirely. In fact I can't wait to replace it (broke), as the android version doesn't even allow me to see my text in its entirety. That makes me nervous. I never know of dropped words, etc. Sorry for the mix up on my part.

OMG, it happened again. I'm having to use my android and the format for FAR is laid out totally different than it is on my laptop. It has caused all kinds of issues. Plus the text window will completely drop out as I'm typing. As it has twice while typing this. And there isn't enough space for the text window, so I can't see where I'm at in a sentence or a page. Sorry.

Nice capture on the tulips. The haze from the rising sun gives the background a painterly feel. The colors are bold and vibrant and exposure is good. Keep up the good work.
