Beautiful flowers with more buds soon to open. When all open and clustered that picure would be almost too much. This is a perfect catch of open and buds. I can see blurred background of more flowers. The only thing that jumps at me is the bit intense light that is washing out the color a bit. Good luck.

These flowers have such a lovely colored petals with a pretty accent in the center. I like how you framed it an angle which provides the best view of all the petals.

These are such beautiful and interesting blossoms , I like the red petals with the yellow center detail and I am happy to see the buds in this view, this gives a good sense of how the spicy jatopha grows, this is well focused, the image is clear, exposure is mostly good in this bright sunlight, there are a few hot spots, but overall this is well composed and presented! Best wishes to you in this contest!

Thank you for your kind review and critique. I had to photograph in bright light since the tree is in a Botanical Garden. I already reduced the brightness, but the direct light washed the colors out. I did not saturate the colors. Desaturation does not work because I lose detail.

A beautiful close up of this beautiful deep shocking pink Jatopha integerrima. Two open flowers & five buds around the nearest one it 's face to the sun that lights up it's stamens laden with golden pollen. The flowers framed by their green foliage.
