As usual, Cleo has done an excellent job of showing us the brightness and gaiety of this flower. It resemble a lot the "coquelicot" (poppy) in France which also colonizes the fields in summer. The notes are interesting and instructive.
By the way: Happy Birthday a bit late.

This Texan flower is beautiful and I think you have painted it beautifully as well. I love the bright colors of the flower as well as that bright green background that makes the red flowers really pop.. The details are beautifully done as we. Well done and thanks for sharing this with us. :)

Good presentation with appealing impact. Colours looking realistic. I like the dull green background which brings forward the blooms. I think this would make a great poster or large print for a bare wall.

This painting was nicely done. The color of your flowers is very nice with great job of shading to give the appearance of different exposure to light. The brushed green background works well here. and the darker green in the bottom half is a nice gradual shift. Great job.

I am not familiar with this flower, but they really look pretty with their shiny red petals and the dark center. A green background is of course perfect, and I like the textures you have added to it.
I especially like the shadings you did on the petals, because this brings both life and light to the flowers, and as always your brush strokes are smooth and accurate.
The format and framing is perfect, and the flowers have got a fine placement on the canvas. Indeed a lovely and well done digital painting with a strong visual impact.

really a beautiful picture. your treatments always lend themselves most favourable to the flower world. the combination of colours, green and red are always natures most finest combo. the background is such a strong feature and i have learned a lot from your fine presentations, especially concerning this area. very interesting notes to support the picture.
