I think this is an awesome still life. Very creative and lots of lovely textures. The lighting is clever and flattering to the fruit. I also enjoy how it almost already looks like a painting :)

cleverly situated plate of fruit, with an interesting background. Cherries are delicious globes of vivid red fruit, meant to be noticed by their colouring. I do like the curtain background, which tones well with the blue of the table.

Well, this was a nice idea! But then you kept adding things and it got a bit busy. If you cropped a little off the bottom to get you subject out of the center of the frame, this would leave enough tea towel to be interesting. As it is, it is a distraction. Moving the green whatever closer to the left side of the pretty plate would give you a more balanced subject. Sorry if this seems like a lot but it isn't really. Just tweaking and as I said, a really nice idea. And some really yummy looking cherries.

I am learning all the time. Especially photo work. I love to make pictures but think I see it too much from a painting artist's perspective and realising thats something different I am working with. So thank you very much for your tips. I am going to try out now. Cheers :)
