Excellent presentation with a good initial impact - this portrait is very attractive and the way you have placed the duck in your space is excellent - a great angle choice and well as a very accurate color application - the fine details sow the feather lines and shadow and light application is perfect
I think the simple grey background lets the bird stand out beautifully - good luck for the contest

This is a lovely digital painting of the Wood Duck. Your colours and shading are excellent. The only thing that could use a slight improvement is the painting around the bottom of his bill. Otherwise, a beautiful piece of work.

I love wood ducks. The color and representation are great. The only thing I see is, perhaps, a little more blending around the bottom beak where it looks like a last minute highlight.
