This is a haunting and simultaneously ethereal image and its beautiful. I love the sun being off to the right and so foggy. Such a classic photo. Very, very nice capture.

I love the mood fog offers a photo especially when it's in black and white. This is a fine capture Lori :)
The low key light, the veil of soft fog and the silhouette trees with lace like branches are all fantastic here.

This is a beautiful scenery.
The tranquil landscape has a almost mystical appearance of eternity due to the soft light and the fog. The barren trees add an earthly feeling of regenerating in the cold of winter to awaken again with sprouts of green blossoms of color in the coming spring. The conversion to black and white is in accordance with the winter season. The photo is well focused and has good depth. The composition is balanced and well framed.

Did you take this recently,it looks like a LOT of the mornings around here as of late,with the rain and the fog! Very artistic composition of these barren trees amidst the morning fog,a perfect image to convert to b&w. An excellent contest entry,I wish you all the best!

This reminds me of Maryland where I used to live in the morning. I've always loved the fog. Tui the fog is very mysterious and hides many secrets. You also got good contrast any photograph between blacks and whites as well as the greys.
