This is an excellent night shot IP. I love the way the setting sun glistens off the water . The waves and ripples make a nice effect too....

Actually that's Pandering today. The voices are restless today (Shut up! I'm talking here!)
Sorry about that. Excuse me while I give these guys a Stern talking to. Man!

I can relate IP. Mandy and D.D. are a handful most days. Perhaps the voices need a vacation. I hear the Greek Isles are nice. lol

I love the drama in this sunset. You are correct, the rocks create a terrific frame for the setting sun. The russet colors speak to the late hour. I love the way the reddish brown reflections bounce a path over the water that leads the eye into the scene.

Your sunset so beautifully framed ....and you let your viewer know where you were standing when you took this shot. Gorgeous golden hour with warmth from the sun spreading it's colors across the sky and reflection on the water. Very well photographed with good lighting handling, sharp focus and good details and clarity in your image. Such an artistic composition with a nice movement in your scene. A good entry into the Seascape Contest and a good contender. Outstanding work and thanks for sharing

Wow Steve - fantastic capture showing the rocks framing the beautiful view of the sea with a zigzag shape. Love the colours in the sky from the setting sun and the busy clouds creating interesting patterns. You have a great eye to spot this unique view. Excellent lighting and focus. Lovely composition. Best of luck in the contest. Suzanne

Wow. Thank you so much Suzanne for your wonderfully artistic review and commentary. I took this on the Bay of Banderas in Mexico. I got a lot of funny looks from passers by as they saw me half crouching half laying down in the rocks to get this perspective. I don't speak Spanish that well but the snickers told me all that I needed to know ; )

Thank you for your Grand rating Suzanne. Very encouraging and appreciated ~ Steve

Nice angle of shot and composition, but I think the photo should be a bit more bright in order to see the details on the stores and the sea

thanks for sharing

Thank you Galia. You are right. It is too dark. I will go back and brighten it up a bit ~ Steve

This is a nice shot. On my monitor it is dark so I may be missing some of the details. I like the use of the rocks as framing pieces. The sky is interesting. The sun and reflection on the water make for great depth and a leading line. Colors are strong. Well done.

A nicely composed view. I like the dark rocks framing this scene. The clouds at the top are beautiful and the way the setting sun illuminates the water is eye catching.
