Nice shot of people at work. Before reading you comments I spent time trying to figure what they were shooting. A race of some type was my guess. The B&W works here. Good sense of the story. Good focus. Well done.

The theme of a photographer taking images of photographers always makes me smile!
This obviously tells a story of whats going on as does your notes, and the fact that you have converted this into a b/w also adds to that journalistic subject! good luck with the contest!
