The focus is spot on. The Heron is showing perfect detail of its body and plumage. That you captured the bird with a fish in its beak is especial intriguing. The colors are realistic. The photo has good depth. The background shows the environment, but is not obtrusive. The reflections are intriguing. The photo is well framed and balanced.

This is a perfect capture - excellent composition - I love the mirror effect as it creates a fantastic oval impression in this picture, like he really is in his own private space - fantastic moment with the fish ready to be eaten - your shot is clear and sharp, perfect in color saturation contrast and lighting , excellent exposure, perfect focus point

You have pictured this heron catching a fish so well, and I especially like the fine reflections you have captured in the shiny water. The bird is also standing out from the background reeds in an excellent way.
The photo is sharp with clear and well defined details, and the exposure is very good.

I wish I had six stars left. This is an exquisite composition with the heron holding its catch in its long Bill. I like the way the sunlight highlights its gray blue back feathers and the belly of the small fish. The reflection of the heron and the fish in the slow moving water is lovely. The sunlit marsh grasses provide an attractive view of the heron habitat.
