This could be a lost feather of a Great Blue Heron, bend by wind and water. The curve of the feather is intriguing. The white and the shades of blue look good on the dark background. The composition is balanced, but I personally would like more space all around.

Very pretty colors and texture on this lovely painting. I like the way the feather is bent and fits tightly into the frame. The purples are gorgeous. I deducted a half point because the use of the glue seems to have waited the image down a bit, losing a little of its light and feathery qualities. Nevertheless it is very attractive. Good work!

This is just fabulous Suzanne I just love the design and the idea of that very abstract feathe, but it really works with all the different sort of layers from the top whites of the feather down to the darker blues the deeper you go and then into black!
Love that curve and the detail of it within the top layer of whites, I would give 6 if I had one!!

Very nice image and appropriately titled. It has the feel of a large ostrich feather blowing in the wind. Nice sense of flow and movement. Good "details". Nice use of the technique Fully fills the frame. Good colors. Well done.
