These men have indeed made it comfortable for themselves With Chairs to sit on when Fishing. You have captured them so well, but I have a feeling that the lake is tilting a bit to the left.
The photo is however Nice and Sharp showing Clear and well defined details, and the exposure is very good. I also appreciate the crisp and Clear colors.
When it comes to the composition I would personally have cropped away some of the water at the bottom, because the boat is a bit too centered. Still an all together lovely and well taken photo, and I wish you Luck With the contest.

The water sure has a lovely and inviting color blue. The ripples look good too. There looks to be a slight tilt to the scene like the water is moving downhill. The colors have a nice saturation throughout the image.
