This is called a Halloween Pennant Dragonfly. The scientific name is Celithemis eponina Drury. The photo is great with excellent sharpness and beautiful color. Great entry for the contest! Best of luck!

Thank you so very much! I need to get a book about dragon flies. I have a lot of different shots of them but don't know the names of them.
