ooh, this looks like a different angle of the bird in the photo I reviewed earlier. I like this one a lot better. The lighting is perfect to highlight all those colors. Your notes are awesome, as always!

The light emphasizes the bird and its colors well. The bird stands nicely out from the unobtrusive shallow background. The details of its body and the textures of its feathers are excellently refined. The bird is well placed into the frame. The composition is balanced.

This is such a pretty bird and I think it has such a cute face! I like the way it is looking at you over the shoulder! I can see how this bird got its name, I love the red crest! It's almost rainbow colored! Well focused, clear image with good light management, the colors and tones appear natural. Well composed and presented! Your notes are appreciated!

Your notes are very interesting and this bird is just beautiful. I like the fan like red crest on top it's head and how the green feathers on its shoulders and back gradually change to darker colors until the back feathers meld with the dark tail.
