This is a great closeup that shows off that face so well. I really enjoy seeing the texture of the feathers and the bill. The colors of the plumage and the shallow depth are also attractive.

A very good entry into the competition posted here! Your fine, full and central composition offers us a very enjoyable view of your Rhea. Is it a duck or a bird, please excuse my ignorance?
