I like your original and creative interpretation of the Halloween season :) The landscape is intriguing with great looking foliage and nice Autumn colors. The colors in the sky are an attractive touch. I especially like your cute little bird in the tree.

Hi Envision, I thought a different touch would be nice here so I did each section differently. I also thought the addition of bats and the little owl in the tree would add to the image. Thank you for your lovely review on my image. :o) Nancy

This looks indeed eerie. The background looks like a wall of metal with rugged gleaming rim. The colors shining onto the dark sky behind the wall seem ominous. I get the feel that malevolent aliens are landing there. The mixed media is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

I like the layers I see here with the golden grasses in the foreground and the sloping mountain land, I like the rainbow colored light beams from behind the mountain, I see blue bats , golden leaves and an owl that looks like he can't believe his eyes! This is such a well thought out and created Halloween scene , it was so much fun to view! Well presented!

It's probably 'The Peaceful Folk' ( as the Creatures of Faery prefer to be called! ) casting their SERIOUS Glamour up there in the mountains and hoping to draw in as many gullible humans as they're able to before the full Season of Darkness closes it!
