a great entry to the pet contest Willie with this funny capture of you boxer, waiting for you to share your dinner;
we had a boxer more than 40 years ago, such a lovely dog; we were unable to take another dog after we lost him;

    Thank you so very much! Yes these are great dogs. This one is my sons. I have had four over the years. They are to big for me now, we have a Pug and a Pomapug now both about 20 pounds.

You have indeed pictured the dog well Willie, but the background is far too busy for this to Perfect shot. Of course it is part of the story, but it takes too much attention away from the dog.

The photo is Sharp, but you were not very Lucky With the light, because the whites on the dog are blown out. Still I just love the Expression you have captured in Mac's face.

It is an all together Sweet and well taken photo, but this time it is room for improvements. Still I wish you Luck With the contest.

    Thank you so very much for your review and comments. I know the white was blown and I tried to fix it but it was to gone. Do you know of a way to fix blown areas like this? I have in the past was able to find a portion that was not blown and copied that area over the blown and blended it in, but in this case there was none to copy. I was in a hurry and did not have another shot to enter.

    You could of course try a butning tool, but I don't think it will look Natural. I usually do the same as you, but as you say, this time it is impossible. Anyway, you are more than welcome for the review.

Willie,
A wonderful picture of Mac your beloved Boxer Dog watching your every move in bringing the Thanksgiving meal out of the over with a look on his face that tells me he reckons he should be included in the feasting along with his Family. Beautiful composition framing and lighting that captures the sparkle in his big brown eyes.
Taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.
Susan
