Very cool looking image here Grace. Those water droplets look like diamonds set in the jade colors of the Aborvitae.
This has such a nice intricate and artistic look.

My imagination tells me that they would have looked similar but perhaps with more sparkle with the freezing rain. Your photo with the unfrozen droplets is almost like have lights on the tree/bush. Well managed lighting and white balance and great depth to the capture.

Crazy weather there! Here in Florida it is almost always warm when it rains, but we do get some sub-freezing nights in the winter. Nice shot of the rain-soaked leaves.
