When you picture an image of the "King of Beasts" this is the way I picture him. Majestic is the word for this image. I don't think you could have captured this lion any better! He has dignity and the his royal baring definitely shows thru! Super job! So deserving of the six star rating I don't have! :o) Helvi

Mujambi is indeed posing for you as a real King, and you have pictured him so well. For some reason Your photo almost looks like a painting With the softness and the warm light, and I especially like how lovely this light is falling on Mujambi's face. He is also standing out from the softened background in an excellent way.

In spite of the softness you photo is also Sharp showing Clear and well defined details in every part of the lion, and the exposure is spot on.

The format you have cropped the photo into Works well, and the lion has got a very good placement off to the right. A truly beautiful and well taken photo With an excellent DOF, and I wish you Luck With the contest.

Composition and placement
in the frame are well done. The focus is sharp showing clear and well defined details throughout the subject. Colors are natural. I particularly like the fact that you have captured both eyes of the lion. It should do well in the contest.
