Well photographed Melbourne Square, the city structures up in back , I like the trees that are planted here. The people give scale as to the size and bring life to this scene. Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is well managed, colors and tones appear natural. Well composed and presented! Best wishes to you in this contest!

Interesting capture of a cityscape. Wonder how it will look now against the backdrop of Covid19 scare! The light and shadow gives this an interesting atmosphere. Good luck!

It is so many interesting Things to be seen in this Melbourne street scene, and I am especially impressed by the architecture on the right. I also like very much Your POV using the poles as a foreground. This adds a fine Depth to the photo and also calms Down an otherwise busy scene.

The photo is very Sharp showing such Clear and well defined details in every part of the photo, and the exposure is Perfect. I also appreciate the Nice and Natural colors and the dramatic looking sky.

The format you have cropped the photo into Works so well, and it is a very good Balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken street scene, and With a very good DOF. I wish you Luck With the contest.

Quite an interesting entry into the competition posted here! Is "Fed Square" the actual name or is it shortened? Got some fascinating buildings there! I am particularly curious about the one on the right which does not seem to be finished?! Well done and good luck!

Thanks Nik, the full name Is Federation Square. It is a hub in Melbourne across from the iconic Flinders Street Railway Station in Melbourne City, Australia.
They are unusual buildings and all completed quite some time ago.

Definitely a classic example of urban life. No matter what the country or the customs people are attracted to other people and collectively they create a scene in which human interaction takes place.

A good scene showing various people in groups, or single all sharing a common interest.

The background clouds give a nice bit of added drama to the scene. A great entry for the contest and I wish you all the best in the voting ~ Steve

A nice shot that captures the crowded feel you often associate with a city. I like the composition and the nice colors but especially that ominous looking sky.

A beautiful & very interesting picture of this modern meeting place in Melbourne opened in 2002 . It's modern glass fronted buildings reflecting the sky, the other buildings added to the lights from within constantly changing minute by minute the crowds in the open are an added bonus. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus. Good luck in the contest.
