I see the threads of fortune flowing down from the hand of Tonantzin. Your painting illustrates the symbolic of the art of waving well That the deity is shown as part of her own waving shows the complexity of the myth and the interaction of the Toltec gods with the humans of their religion. The ornamental background and round frame are similar to native handcraft. The goddess is excellent placed within the frame. The artwork is balanced.

Thank you so very much! How are you holding up?

You're very welcome. :o)
I am OK, but life is complicated here. Masks are mandatory and most things are rationed.
How are you holding up?

About the same, without power and some water cutoff and other complications, lol. We are alive though. I am glad crime is not an issue yet here -- how about there? I would be interested to see a photo of your house and garden if you have one: daphneoberon@gmail.com

Very Cool,Daphne!
The Goddesses that my associates and I are most familiar with have Middle Eastern ( Babylonian ) or Celtic/Germanic origins but I'm very much enjoying your colorful depiction of this Meso American one!
It makes for a really 'Good Show' of a digital presentation indeed!

Thank you very much! What is one of the Celtic/Germanic ones? The Babylonian ones must be a trip going by Ghostbusters, lol...

Freja for one! And the Triple Goddess,Hecate for another!
When we get to the Babylonian ones,Ishtar is one of the better known ones to modern audiences!

Another beautiful creation - this time it also evokes the feeling of India in addition to the native American feel. I could see this as a piece of pottery. The complementary color selections work very well.
