Quiet an interesting shot posted here! Your fascination notes suggest you put quite some thought and effort into creating this textured image. It really does have the look of worked metal. Well created!

very beautiful abstract artwork....you have good control over your medium....the colour harmony is excellent...the dark margins enhance the appeal ...would like to try this technique some time....you make it look simple....but i know it is tricky ......thanks for sharing...

Oh the colors in this piece of art are deep and alluring. They contrast perfectly and create a mood and feel to this abstract creation.
Your technique sure has produced some very beautiful images. This is one of them..I would hang it in my living room.

I like the shades of golden color on the dark background. It looks like golden veins in basalt stone. The square format is perfect for the two rows of gold. The artwork is excellent composed and framed.

Hi Suzanne!
I had fun viewing your latest abstract creation too,my friend!
Continuing along on my 'Lovecraftian' thought stream of late this one made me think of the shape-shifting beings that were called the 'Shuggoths',the semi-mindless ( but frightfully powerful! ) servants of 'The Deep Ones'!
It's a very 'Good Show' of a picture,my friend! : )

I'm not always an abstract fan, but this one is intriguing. You have a good balance in your composition, with movement from left to right seeming to accelerate. Interesting effect: looking at the smaller version, I see eyes and animal faces. Cool!

Wow! This is awesome Suzanne! I really like the gold with the black and dark brown , the gold is coming forward from the dark tones in such an awesome way, I see faces of different creatures in this one. This is very entertaining to view! This would look amazing printed large and hung for display. Well presented!
