I wonder who Noisy is. A woman our a pet perhaps. It is indeed an unusual name, but it makes a nice title for your photo.
The red color of the boat draws our eyes and attention immediately. Your photo has good depth and is perfect focused and exposed. It is throughout sharp. The colors are realistic. The framing is adequate, but I Think slightly more space at the right between frame and bird would add even more interest to the boat.

Such peaceful setting and wonderful views of the countryside. The red boat get the attention not only for its name but for its color. Nice clean, well focused photograph.

What a great entry for this contest! I really like your angle of shot allowing a good look at the canal and the landscape it flows through.
Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is well managed, colors and tones are natural. Well composed and presented!
