I like the very dramatic gloomy overtones giving a Cloak of mystery as Dusk slowly creeps to conceal the last gleaming of twilight...

Beautiful photograph Pat. Just love the composition and colors of this picture. The bare trees are actually well balanced against the dark shape clouds on the other side drawing the viewer right into the light orange of the sunset. I also enjoy the tranquility of the photograph. Reasons for my five star vote.

Initial impact - WOW. How beautiful. Serene sunset with spectacular color and imagery. I love the inclusion of the tree's silhouettes in the left most third, it makes the composition much more interesting than just a sunset. The contrast in colors is also visually appealing. Beautiful composition.

A very somber and subdued sunset,as if the heavens are marking the anniversary. The barren trees add to the desolation of this scene with the still waters reflecting the solemn sky with it's darkened clouds. An excellent composition that is well composed and presented!
