It might be all foam, but looks as if the wind driven snow swirls cat the left while powerful high waves crash against the barriers from behind. The photo is well focused, exposed and treated with mixed media. Details are well refined. The black and white emphasizes the forces of nature considerably. I can almost hear the high wind howling. The Barrier is excellently placed within the frame. The diagonal presentation is eye pleasing. The mixed media is well framed. The composition is balanced.

Nice stop action capture showing the force of nature in the movement of the water against the pier. Nice B& W conversion suits the mood of this scene.
