A beautiful picture of this White Ball Dahlia weighed down by the raindrops like sparkling liquid diamonds encrusting it's petals, through which the sunlight is glowing through. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

It's amazing the way this dahlia forms a ball,
Very well captured white Dahlia with raindrops on its petals and on the stem, I can see the water has weighed it down.

What a Beautiful image of this Dahlia Mary. The soft lighting makes the flower glow as if lit from within. The water droplets are like diamonds gently caressing the petals.

I like the way you have the stem entering from the upper left corner the frame. The darker regions in the background really enhance the glowing orb.

An excellent entry for the contest and surely it is one to set the standard for judging. Best of the best in the contest Mary ~ Steve
