A fabulous creation with the panoramic stretch showing a mirror image of this alien atmosphere...
What is commendable here's that you did not make the mirror image identical even the colors are different so it's visually appealing creation!

Diminishing perspective gives a better depth...

And there are Abstract
features that serve as effective leading lines...

Dramatic skyline completes the image...

Thank you for sharing, Steve!

Wow. Thank you so much Dickson. I am glad you noticed that there was different work done on each side of the mirrored image. This one was a lot of fun to create. Thank you again Dickson ~ Steve

I'm just curious of how you do a mirror image with different features but I'm sure you have fun creating it, as you've said!

I first mirror the image. Then I use "Select an Area" tool start working on the colors and brightness of the specific area. Then I repeat the process on both sides making sure that I do something different each time. Then in Photo Shop I use the "Liquid Tool" to make different shapes (like I did in the sky and the features around the main thing in the middle of this one). I use liquid a lot because that is all I know how to use so far in PS ; ) The bottom line is to mirror and then do something different on each side. Hope that helps Dick. I wish I knew more about this After Photo Stuff. My pea brain just can't handle anything complicated LOL.

WOW! what a creation. What was the original picture of? It has so much dramatic, visual appeal in so many ways. The striking colors, the depth of field, the sharp points of the water swells (is that what it is?) pointing to the focal point, placed perfectly in the middle and the textures of all really keep the viewer engaged for a really long time. You have a great sense of imagination portrayed here. The way you used the mirrored reflection really creates a powerful, dynamic image.

Thank you so much Aimee for your review and More than Generous rating. This was originally a sunset sea scape with water flowing over the rocks. I mirrored it and then used PS liquid to make the streaks (different on each side) and then selectively colored the water flows. I appreciate your thoughts. This one was a lot of fun to play with. Thank you again Aimee ~ Steve

This creation is puzzle for the viewer. Two suns in the sky. The aliens arrive at a mystical place. This much is evident, but where are they hiding? The dark structure at the center could be a space ship, but an rocky island also. Maybe the aliens arrive with the violent colored waves. Especial the turquoise wave looks cryptic. The mixed media is well thought out and composed. The panorama framing seems perfect to me.

Very nice. It just goes and flows and shines and is colorful. Good idea and a very clear picture. I enjoyed this for fun. Not too frightened of the alien arrival.

Wow. Thanks Troop. This was my venture into being like a real artist. It actually felt like I was creating a work of art much as you do. I have to admit that it was a lot of fun for a guy who can't draw a stickman. Thanks for the review ~ Top

A surreal image that makes me think one of us is hitting the magic mushrooms again. All the fluids (both the sky and the water) seem so violent. An attractive composition with great colors.

LOL I have never tried magic mushrooms so I will take your word for its effects. This was one of my sunset scenes I was working with until I hit the mirror filter. Then it all went haywire and I ended up with this. Have to admit it was fun to do.

Impressive and accurate image of what is going on. The darkness is hopefully not real . Great composition and wonderful detail for this photograph.

Are they friend or foe? With the beautiful, pastel colors I would say they are friends. Perhaps they will come when we need them the most. I like the contrast of warm and cold colors. Being a former math teacher, I like my symmetry. I can tell you spent a lot of work on this. Thank you for sharing.
