I am amazed by the depth of perspective shown in this photo. The horizon seems miles away. This impression is amplified by the structure of the buildings, the streetlights and the protective railing at the right. The photo is perfect focused and exposed and well framed. The composition is balanced.

What a super looking image and location, it for me certainly has that look and feel of a painting, those people and the buildings reminds me very much so of a L.S. Lowery masterpiece it has that appeal, Love that end of the day light and colours!

I like the perspective that the shot shows, the receding lamp posts building on the left and then the same thing on the posts and the rail on the right. The image is focused very nicely.
A very normal scene from before the virus, nostalgic for sure.
The colors are good as well, all hose different shades of browns, very cohesive look to the image.

Liverpool has developed so much in the last couple of decades.I recall living in Liverpool 8 (Toxteth ) back in late 80s and not returning until now,so was pleasantly surprised at the Liverpool centre and docks area with superb eaterys.This particular side walk along the Mersey presents well with the contrasting buildings
