gruesome skull land blood spatters in my co-grandmothers home! In London, one of my best friends was a Sikh builder and you know the english say: 'jerry built', usually the building work was like that, and often the wife of the house became one of his conquests, of whom he had hundreds, as often as not, Muslim wives- Not me, we remained firmly best friends, though he told me time and again, I was not modern, so he would often bring his new 'love' to see me -but his wife and daughter suspected it was me!! would I go to their house to play chess if it were me? I ask you! My son worked with him for a while and would tell me: He told me to sit outside in the van during lunch. He eventually bought a village in Rumania up a mountain!! and kept several of the ladies there. He was so sweet you could not get nasty: I just love ladies since I was small, I even made love to my aunties. He never used the word sex, always: he made love. Dead now. He made up love songs all the while, not one recorded, I wanted to write them down for him. Sadly, he never had time. A terrible, terrible waste. Lost a million, made another million, lost that then spent his last million on a village in Rumania. Actually he had a good idea, but it never came to fruition- he was going to bring wood from India, let the Rumanian villagers carve them, amazing artists up there in the mountains, and then sell them in England. But his ladies /late twenties and early thirties, when he was over sixty/demanded too much of his time. I will not tell you how he died, as you will laugh! I lived in the Asian part of London, Upton Park. those lost songs are such a shame, he would sing them to me, and ask me why my poetry was so cruel but the chinese always said the same, why are your paintings so cruel? -- My life, all I know??
