The detail is amazing in this piece. The faces are beautiful. I'm assuming the flags are covid masks. I love how the white flowers petals create a hairstyle. That is so clever! I also love the detail of the spotlight.

I received a dozen hand made cotton masks from a friend in Florida. I don't know what I might do with them since I rarely go out anymore. A fine drawing that is reflective of the current state of affairs. Let's hope things get back to something approaching normal soon.

The Canadians will jump at anything that Father England tells them, even when it is lies, the Australians less so, but still, being out there check nothing, and follow. The Americans are a different kettle of fish. Half the country was settled by Brits, the slaves were brought by the Brits and the rest are of different heritage. Though they will always get their evil parent out of trouble in most situation, but they do not always follow - They are independent but loyal.

I don't - I have been trying to get to the USA and even if I am illegal, want to spend my last years there, somehow-so I must be arrogant too. The USA gets a lot of the blame for what others do, but some of your own are your worst enemies. Yung nation, maturing.

Thanks for your service. My dad is a vet, my grandfather served, my Grandma was in the women's division, My other grandfather severed, All my uncles served. I love America, I am just not so excited about how the country is going right now, and working in healthcare, I might just want to be in Canada right now :)

that chant has been said since the 60's. each generation has hollered for changed 70's. 80's etc..and within that decade a change does happen..see i wont talk politics but i will talk history..if you look at how things were in the early 60's compared to today there is so much tremendous changes..when you say want to go canada well you havent been the 1st and probably not the last. see ole Bill Clinton draft dodge to canada back during the nam war. then he weaseled out of the penalties..no other country in the world emphasis on human rites other than the US. now the whole time i have typed this with a smile on my face..im just mentioned history..when i hear they are talking about tossing away all history..it makes me think of the Nazi book burning back in 33 st the time they came to power..see we never should try to change history...we should learn from it..wink.

I love history, I am collector of first printed books, I rolled a sly eye at the taking down of statues, I get it, but what a shame. No, the only reason why I would like to go to Canada right now is because they are nipping covid in the bud, while our healthcare and big pharma is putting their finger up thier nose. Just a front-line, my day job is well the emergency room. I hope there is positive change after all that is kicking in the air. Been to other countries where I would not be able to speak my mind, I never take that one for granted.
