Even as the recent snow clings to the branches, your capture shows that spring is indeed is arriving. There is no ice on the water. The photo is excellent focused and exposed. I appreciate the sharpness of detail and the realism of color and light. The birds are perfectly placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

They are very pretty. When I read the title, I thought how is the photographer going to present a couple that are Canadian? Immediately I thought of geese. Everything looks so crisp! It must be the fresh, cold air. They make a very sweet couple!
