Perfect framing. Wonderful color. I believe the overcast lighting was the key to this beautiful exposure. Bright sunlight would have been to harsh. Perfect framing. Sharp clear image. Well done.

This close-up is perfect. I even see the fine hairs at the wings and the segments of the antennas. The small tails are well visible. I am impressed by the sharpness of detail and the realism of color. The photo is excellently focused and exposed and has good depth. The diagonal presentation of the butterfly is pleasant to the eyes of the viewer. That the blade of grass is cutting to the frame contradicting to the butterfly is a tread for the viewer which pleases our equilibrium. The butterfly is perfectly placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

This is a beautiful butterfly! I've never seen one like this! Wonderful close up! Great clarity, color and details visible. I love that the got her on the single blade with the dew drops! Great simplicity. I'd give it a 6 but I'm out!!
