A very good looking entry into the competition posted here! Your fine and almost 50/50 composition offers us an enjoyable view of your lovely sunset location. Wonder where in the world you got it? Those colours and tones are gorgeous. Exposure and sharpness are good. Well done and good luck!

Thanks a lot Nik. In the title I put Ajijic, Mexico. It is where we are spending several month during the year ~ Steve

Steve,
A beautiful flaming Mexican sunset, the sky behind the silhouetted Palm trees along the shore on fire. This flaming beautiful reflected on the glistening sea in the foreground. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus. Good luck in the contest.

Be Sill, Be Here, Be Now! Here you go Again my dear friend Steve! GORGEOUS!!!! Your color, clarity and presentation here is beyond beautiful. I know this too hours to edit. The shore appears to have a halo from angels around it. Encircling the focal point you want from our eyes. Bammm! It's there and bold. This was a wonderful way to renew my spirits and a lovely photo to end my weekend on. I have been in a funk here in California since returning from 2 weeks in Alabama. I don't want to live in Communist Ca any longer. Hubby agrees. Goal Exit Cali 911. Mentally and physically broken and depressed. I pray God directs me. Praying you and your family are healthy and doing awesome. Miss you my friend! Stay in the Light and you will not have to worry about the darkness. Blessings Always ~ Cindy Sue

Oh my Dearest friend on FAR. It is so good to hear from you again. I truly miss our conversations. You say that you are mentally and physically broken and depressed and that you pray God directs you. Of course you Know that the Movie of your Life has already been seen by HIM. In fact HE Wrote the movie. And it just happens to turn out Exactly as HE wants it to. So perhaps is is time to forget all the "Stuff" going on around you and simply Enjoy The Movie. The Hero Always Wins and you are Most Certainly HIS Hero.

Thank you so much Cindy Sue for your review, more than generous rating and bringing me up to date. Remember, HE painted this scene Just For You as a Reminder to "Enjoy Your Movie" ~ Steve

Beautiful! Dramatic , outstanding sunset scene!
Love the vivid colors in the sky and again reflecting in the water. Nice separation line between sky and water, and the land standing in silent silhouette against the colors!
Well focused, this image is clear, light is well managed, colors and tones appear true and natural. Well composed and presented! Very best wishes to you in this contest!

How interesting,Steve!
The bright coloration of the evening sky makes me think that a high yield nuclear detonation has taken place somewhere beyond the horizon!
As I said-it's an interesting picture and it's one that readily captures a viewer's imagination!

Hi Steve, Love how you can bring out the real depth of an image ad show it off! The intensity of this sunset is spectacular! I like how the eyes follow the pathway of clouds. The sunset burns and the clouds are the smoky embers of ash. Darkness and light here create an intense fire in the sky! Beautiful work My Friend! :o) Nancy

I've always felt photographers and artists love to know what the viewer sees in their work. It's so cool knowing someone saw what you wanted them to see. I know how happy I am when I hear that in a review. Lighting and focus is always important to mention, but knowing how someone "feels the image" you created is awesome! You know how to make your image be seen!
