I must admit that it does not appeal to me. It does however show your great eye for color and your meticulous post production. The lighting is very good and the background does not overwhelm.

And here i thought you had some type of mutant bloom-lol! This is quite a cool image,it looks very natural. I like that single white petal amidst all those purple ones. Excellent focus and exposure,along with the enhancements makes this a lovely bloom indeed!

I like how the purple colors seem to radiate from this photo. The brown and black background with its softness helps bring out the fine detail of the flower, and help reinforce the brilliance of its yellow and violet hues. It seems to have a special quality about it, as if it's some special flower that has a significant meaning to its owner.
