Grace
A beautiful & very interesting picture of this Dragon fly with the eggs attached to the underside of her thorax & abdomen with some on it's tip. The sun light catching the sparkle in her eye & the iridescence on her abdomen. The blurred soft brown background making a beautiful backdrop to show off the time veins in her gossamer wings. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

Congratulations on your win which is well deserved. The composition shows the dragonfly off perfectly with the gossamer fine wings showing their pattern well. Great bokeh background.

Supercalifragilisticexpialidosh!
This is a one of a kind extremely rare photo of a Dragonfly with her eggs. I have googled a search on Dragonflies with eggs and all I get are eggs on leaves, or the cluster of eggs attached to aquatic reeds.
Your focus is razor sharp, details crisp, white Balance perfect and DOF is creamy dreamy Gorgeous.
Outstanding work behind your lens. I would look into getting this photo published because it's so rare.
I am so Jelly and I am so happy to see your work again.
Fine work Greenie AKA Best Fiend without the R ;) yeah...I went there!! Boomchicka sassafras!
Fine work!!

This close-up is perfect. I do see the eggs and their iridescent shimmer. That we see the body through the transparent wings, and the vines of those wings also, is especially appealing. Your photo is excellently focused and exposed and has good depth. I enjoy the sharpness and refinement of detail and the realism of color and light. The shallow background emphasizes the Dragonfly exquisitely. The insect is well placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

welcome back Grace! It has been a long time since I saw your beautiful photos posted. This one was taken with your style and professionally presented. I see the winner! What makes me so sure? A perfect combination of all puzzles, such as composition and clarity and colors and depth and sharpness and use of natural light. It's an amazing close-up, almost like a macro shot. The colors of the dragonfly are rainbow like. Anyway, it deserved the highest 6stars and the cash prize! Happy ð??? to review your post!!!
