I generally don't review mixed media, as I don't use it, so it is not fair to judge it, but have no choice here. Pretty amazing shot of forests and variety of trees in all their variations.

the haze and smokey feel to this and together with the painted look is fine in its concept but still feel it needs a focal point which is more defined in detail,but certainly different and sort of thinking outside the box in this one...brian

What a lovely fall scene. The dark evergreens at the base are a nice anchor, and the yellow and brown bushes (?) are very attractive. I can't decide if the lone evergreen in the distance is a plus or minus for your painting. It almost seems out of place and a minor distraction, but perhaps it really WAS there.

The autumn colored trees look so lovely in this photo with their strong yellow glow, and the dark green pines offer such a nice contrast. I especially like the way you have edited the photo giving it a painterly look.
In spite of the softness due to the haze, it is clear details to be seen, and the exposure is perfect.
The format and framing is working well, and it is a fine balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken landscape photo, and with a very good DOF.
