This is an excellent shot. Your timing was perfect. I almost fell the wind moving the cute balloons. You photo is perfect focused and exposed and has good depth. The darkness and the lights of the shallow background emphasize the balloons profoundly. The photo is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.
