Great image and message Troop. Unfortunately I can relate to this. Truthfully the other day, I was looking for my glasses. Lo and behold I was Wearing Them! Not a good sign.

Here's an idea for you: More than once I would be fixing something, then started looking for my screw driver. I looked Everywhere. Someone must have taken it. After talking to my wife she said as I was walking away "Is that your screwdriver in you back pocket"? Hmmm Not a good sign.

I think that this will be a Great theme with endless possibilities.

Great work Mark ~ Steve

I have done this a time or two. Now I see you are picking on us senior citizens. Next you have us trying to remember what we were sent to retrieve for our wives. :) Great facial features and the expression and hands held high are perfect for the caption. Love it.

Good representation of confusion!
The viewer can feel the energy and fear of her having lost the glasses. Also, the hands magnify her thoughts.
You bring humor to the situation seeing them on her head.
The focus and clarity is good. And, the details of the figure well done. Also, the clothing is age related-maybe a 100 years old!
Nice work.

this is me. I have glasses problems all the while. I cannot believe that only 20 years ago I had A1 vision. Lab st barths human research has been pressing my eye retinas since 2015 and it has caused the deterioration of my eyesight and at the moment even worse problems, they mist up from my covid mask, causing endless problems.

Mark,
A BRILLIANT picture of this Venerable whitehaired Lady her lost spectacles pushed up on her forehead. Created by your artist's eye for composition, very skilful draftsmanship, beautiful choice & blending of your colours in bringing this Lady to life. Brings me back to my school days where one of the Nun's was always mislaying her glasses...put up on her forehead or tucked into a pocket on her Habit...nasty girls we were as we watched her searching for them, when we could see them all the time.

I can sympathize with this lady. It's rarely my glasses, but if it'n not my cell phone, then it's my keys. A very nice wide-eyed expression of frustration.

It is time to get contact lenses? There is a modern solution, but then you would not have this funny posting. She would probably not go for it either. Great colors and details with accurate facial expression.
