A very good entry for the shades of brown comp. This chap has many shades in his patterned shell and also the ground adds more.
Good angle that captures the shape and patterns of both the snail and his surrounds.
Your focus us excellent. The result is balanced, has texture and dimension and well framed centrally to view. Good luck.

Nice close up shot of a snail.
The focus and clarity is good. And, the colors are complimentary. It's interesting to see the details and patterns. And, the background does not interfere with the photograph.

The idea of being a good photographer is to always have a camera and then recognizing a great shot like this. The close up capture is wonderfully shot. Sharp focus, great lighting and the bonus is the his animation of sticking his head out for you. The tight crop gives us the maximum view of this small creature. Great job.

Snails are pretty interesting little parts of nature. I don't know if you can say he is actually walking, but he is doing what God intended. I love the detail on the shell. It is very beautiful.
