The dog is adorable. No animal lover could withstand the begging pose and the look of those eyes. The eyes are very expressive. You paid excellent attention to realistic detail and color. A tight framing is adequate, but I think your framing might be a tad too tight, because the forehead, the paws and one ear are cut off. Although, the composition still works because it is balanced.

I like how you have drawn this with it's face partially obscured by the one paw,yep,trying to hide their head in shame.
