This portrait is intriguing.
The expression of the man is striking. The old guy looks as if he enjoys his job and feels the melody. I like that he is unaware of the camera. Your photo is perfect focused and exposed. I appreciate the realism of color and light sand the refinement of detail. The portrait is well composed and framed. The tight framing is adequate.
