I bet this place looks fantastic at night with the emerald green illumination, but the construction looks pretty impressive in day light as well. I like how the palm trees in the foreground work as a nice and natural framing.
The photo is sharp showing clear details both in the Palace and the trees in the foreground, and the exposure is perfect.
The cropping is working well, and it is indeed a fine balance in the composition. I think this is a great looking and well taken photo Fred, and with an excellent DOF.

Great presentation of this Palace with natural palm trees up front. It would be interesting to, see the night photograph with the round roof illuminate the emerald green.

These type of hotels are for people with to much money,even if i could afford it[which i can,t] i would still stay in a 3/4 star local hotel as you get to know the staff more,did stay in a five star plus hotel once in turkey and felt uneasy with how the staff were treated by the management and more so by customers,following year stayed in a 3 star hotel in turkey and even met some staffs family[much,much better]...Brian
