Nicely done work of art here Lise. The reds of the Poppies really stand out from the background. The background is refreshingly different which caught my eye.

Very pretty! I love the mixture of soft and bold in this artwork! Pleasing reds in the beautiful flowers with bold black lines against the soft lighter background. It works so well together and you have done a great job!

Very well done. I like the rule of odds in your composition. The background is perfect to set off the poppies. The dark stems add a great contest to the background and add interesting leading lines.

This is an interesting painting. The poppies look like dancers in a row to the music of the wind. The colors are attractive. The bold, abstract brush strokes in the background are intriguing and add nice texture. The painting is well composed. The poppies are well placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

Your technical abilities are apparent in this painting. Most of the paint strokes are controlled and done. The background gets a little too dark on the left; this causes some of the buds to become lost. Overall, it's a nice painting. Well done.
