Great image. I always found white flowers to be a little lacking. With this image however there is so much other going on the eyes get intrigued to stay and look around.
The added texture of the snow complements the smooth color of the flowers. The subtle multiple shades of green also complement the flowers.
Very well done and good luck in the contest. It is a top contender.

This is so lovely! The greenery helps break up all the white. Don't you just love nature? I can't get enough of it. I was curious if this is just a snapshot or if you added some elements to the pic? The hreay shadow doesn't seem natural.

This is just elegant, it's a wonderful entry for this contest! The white blossoms are so very well photographed, I see well defined detail in each of the blooms, they are standing out profoundly from the snow surroundings, nice detail is seen in the snow crystals that have collected onto the stems. Spot on focus, this image is clear, exposure is perfect, the white tones show naturally, the green stems and flower casings further enhance the beauty. I like the way you finished this with the green frame that matches the tone in the stems. This would make such a lovely greeting card or printed and hung for display with other floral images.
