Wow, I wish I could give his a 10 star rating. Such a unique and almost haunting image. I love your composition. See from tail to nose give such a feeling of depth. The background has a sense of mystery. I just love this image.
I have followed aviation during WW2 for many years. The men that flew into combat on a B-17 were true heroes. I respect them so much. That one of them was your Dad adds to the awesomeness of this image. Truly one of the best I have seen on FAR in many years!

I have sent other black and white photos to people. They all used a black frame and that really makes for a classic look.

Very nicely done, very "Top Gun" like. Perhaps a little dark but not when viewed on a larger
