excellent, love the contrast and the use of negative space. Was wondering if you got the water to look like this by changing the shutter speed but interesting to know it was the sharpness! good tips for me, thank you

This sure got my vote in the contest. I love everything about it. The neutral water color and pattern contrasts well with the orange/brown of the leaf. The bubbles also add interest. Just a simple photo but works well for this abstract contest. Well done.

This is an interesting capture. Due to the distortion, caused by swirling waves and bubbles, your photo looks indeed abstract. The photo is well focused and exposed and has good depth. The mixed media changes are carefully made and appropriate. I appreciate the realism of color and light. The leaf is well placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

Wow this is very good. Hurt my eyes nearly so wiggly but yes I can see what you saw and compliment you on your action and realisation of this unusual capture. The copours are great and appear natural. The orange glowing through those whirly grey water movements is great to see. Well done.
