He is gorgeous. I never heard of a woodchuck. Are they very big. Looks like a hamster rat mix. I love your capture clarity in those eyes and fur details. I like your little ditty too. Well done.

They are not super big...like a small dog. Woodchuck is actually another name for Groundhog. Thank you so much for your review!

It's so interesting to see a woodchuck as we don't have these in Alaska, it's such a cute little furry critter, I really like your close capture it allows such a good look at its face !
Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is correct, the colors and tones appear natural, good show of the soft texture of the fur, appreciate the clear eye , I can see the landscape reflecting in it! Well composed and presented!
